Live College Planning Workshops
Attend one of our 100% FREE local college planning workshops to gain a basic education on the college financial aid and admissions system, and learn what you need to know to start planning for the high cost of college!
College Gap Analysis
We will provide a detailed analysis of your "College Gap" based on your current position and the schools your student is considering attending. This will give you a solid estimate of how much your family can expect to pay for college, so that you can begin to develop an appropriate plan. You will also have access to an online college search portal with cost estimates and reports, scholarship opportunities, and more.
College Funding Strategies
We will offer suggestions to reduce your SAI where applicable, analyze and provide recommendations for funding your college gap, and provide a comprehensive financial overview on college, cashflow, and retirement planning. We will then work with you to develop a holistic plan to help you achieve maximum efficiency in each area.
Student Coaching
Your student will receive one-on-one coaching from a member of the National Association of College Admissions Counseling and academic advisor at a major university throughout the high school years to help him/her prepare for college and a future career path.
Personalized Student Assessment
Our team will help your student perform an advanced search of careers, majors, and studies based on specific interests and natural talents. Based on these areas of importance, your student will then be provided with tips and guidelines for developing an appropriate school list.
College Essay/ACT Prep
Your student may participate in LIVE annual ACT/SAT prep bootcamps with a nationally-renowned ACT coach, and college essay-writing bootcamps with a local college admissions essay expert. These sessions can help your student improve his or her test scores and prepare for the college application process. We also offer a comprehensive online ACT/SAT prep course for self-study.
How Our Process Works
Step 1
Conduct Initial Analysis
When you come in for your initial free strategy session, we will take a look at your current college plan and identify ways that we can help improve your situation. We will also share our current list of college planning services with you so that you can make an informed decision on working with us. Once you become a client, we will set up an initial one-on-one financial strategy session to provide a detailed analysis of your "College Gap", so that we can begin to develop a game plan for how to proceed based on what your family's goals are.
Step 2
Position Your Student for Success
As part of our onboarding process, your sudent will gain access to our career planning coach, who will meet with your student multiple times over the high school years to help your student select an appropriate school list to suit his or her passions and unique skills and talents, position your student properly to acheive maximum financial aid, and prepare your student for the application and admissions process. You will also have access to our comprehensive school search portal for researching colleges based on majors, cost, and available financial aid opportunities.
Step 3
Fund Your College Gap
During our initial meetings, we will design a personalized strategy to help your family pay for your college "gap." As we move through the process, we may discover ways that you can be more efficient with your current dollars - both in saving for college and for retirement. You will have the opportunity to customize your strategy to best suit your current and future financial goals. We will meet with you as many times as needed in order to make sure you are comfortable with your plan to pay for college, and will continue to work with you to adjust and optimize your financial plan throughout the college years and beyond!
